Thank the lord Dolce & Gabbana is terminating D&G, I cannot express my joy
Diffussion and ‘sister lines’ are a great way to make designer labels more available to the masses, but sometimes it seems as a pathetic plight to sell more products, and Dolce & Gabbana’s line seemed like that.
But, deep down I know the real reason I despise D&G is because some skanky girl in my geometry class last year has a D&G bag that was dusty on the bottom, had an unraveling handle and very closely resembled a $20 beach bag. No matter how ugly that bag was, it made me angry that she owned anything that was related to Dolce & Gabbana in any way, she wasn’t deserving of them.
“People give flowers as present because flowers contain the true meaning of love. Anyone who tries to possess a flower will have to watch its beauty fading. But if you simply look at a flower in the field, you’ll keep it forever. That is what the forest taught me. That you will never be mine, and that is why I will never lose you.”—Paulo Coelho (via deadmarch)
